W czerwcu 2012 r. w świeckim amfiteatrze wystąpiła Kora. Koncert legendarnej wokalistki Maanamu wieńczył Dzień Papiernika, był też niewątpliwą ozdobą strefy kibica podczas Euro. Widzowie otrzymali półtorej godziny solidnego, muzycznego show. Obsługa wydarzenia miała jednak twardy orzech do zgryzienia.

Co innego jej menedżer. Opiekun, a zarazem brat Rabczewskiej, zażyczył sobie, aby okna garderoby artystki były zasłonięte. Ponieważ nie było innego wyjścia, w ruch poszły stare plakaty kinowe.
- Menedżerowi też się dostało, bo zabrakło go przy Dodzie w newralgicznym momencie: miał jej pomóc wspiąć się na wysoki podest. Dostał od niej solidną burę – uśmiecha się jedna z osób pracujących przy tym koncercie.

Osobną grupą artystów są ci uznawani za „niepokornych”. Tomasz „Titus” Pukacki, lider formacji Acid Drinkers, po wyjściu z busa udał się do organizatorów z życiowym pytaniem „Gdzie jest kibel?”.
„Peter”, wokalista zespołu Vader, został wzięty przez ochroniarzy za intruza tylko dlatego, że zszedł ze sceny i chciał się przywitać z fanami. Podobnie było ze zmarłym niedawno Robertem Brylewskim.

Przyjechał do Świecia na finał akcji budowania arki Pawła Althamera. Był krótko po zakończeniu festiwalu reggae w Ostródzie. Po przeniesieniu arki na Duży Rynek odbywało się jam session. Brylewski chciał wejść na scenę, ale, co tu dużo mówić, wyglądem przypominał gościa spod budki z piwem niż legendę polskiego rocka. Umazany błotem, w zużytych ciuchach... No i ochroniarze delikatnie, acz stanowczo sprzeciwili się jego wejściu na scenę. Na szczęście ktoś przytomnie uświadomił im, z kim mają do czynienia.
